摘　　要：通过掌握宁夏小麦、水稻、玉米、马铃薯等农作物品种选育工作现状,客观分析了当前农作物品种推广应用形势和存在的突出问题,从加强种质资源保护与利用、强化现代生物育种技术应用、推动优新品种培育、加大人才队伍建设等方面提出了加快“绿色、优质、高效”农作物新品种选育推广的对策建议,为宁夏实施乡村振兴战略,深化农业供给侧结构性改革,推进农业高质量发展奠定坚实基础。Based on the investigation of current situation of crop variety breeding in Ningxia,such as wheat,rice,maize and potato,the current popularization and application situation and existing problems of crop varieties were analyzed in detail.The countermeasures have been proposed to accelerate the breeding,application and promotion of green,high-quality and efficient new crop varieties,including strengthening the protection and utilization of germplasm resources,using modern biological breeding technology and cultivating talent team,which can lay a solid foundation for Ningxia to implement the strategy of rural revitalization,deepen the agricultural supply-side structural reform and enhance the high-quality development of agriculture.
