摘　　要：目的 探讨母乳乳清蛋白联合抗组胺药治疗慢性特发性荨麻疹的疗效和安全性。方法 本试验采用多中心开放临床研究,对满足入组条件的慢性特发性荨麻疹患者同时给予母乳乳清蛋白粉和口服左旋盐酸西替利嗪,2周后停用左旋盐酸西替利嗪,继续服用母乳乳清蛋白粉至8周,分别观察用药8周和停药4周时患者的症状和体征总积分(TSS)及不良反应,并统计有效率。结果 共入组135例患者,中途退出18例,最终完成试验117例。研究在第2、4、6、8周时的有效率分别为51.28%、41.88%、52.99%和61.54%(P<0.05)。停药4周时与治疗前(W_(0))比较,有86.32%的患者呈痊愈或缓解。结论 母乳乳清蛋白联合抗组胺药治疗慢性特发性荨麻疹的疗效较好,单用母乳乳清蛋白有较好的疗效和疗效维持作用,不良反应少。Objective In order to investigate the efficacy and safety of whey protein combined with antihistamines in the treatment of chronic idiopathic urticaria. Methods A multicenter open clinical study was conducted in this study. Patients with chronic idiopathic urticaria who met the inclusion conditions were given human milk whey protein powder and oral cetirizine hydrochloride at the same time. After two weeks,cetirizine hydrochloride was stopped and human milk whey protein powder was continued for eight weeks. The total score of symptoms and signs(TSS) and adverse reactions of patients were observed at eighth weeks and fourth weeks respectively,and the effective rates were counted. Results A total of 135 patients were enrolled,18 patients withdrew halfway,and 117 patients finally completed the trial. The total effective rates at the second,fourth,sixth,eighth weeks were 51.28%,41.88%,52.99% and 61.54% respectively(P<0.05). Compared with that before treatment(W_(0)),86.32% of the patients were cured or relieved after four weeks of drug withdrawal. Conclusion Whey protein combined with antihistamines is effective in the treatment of chronic idiopathic urticaria. Whey protein alone has a good effect and less adverse reactions.
