摘　　要：制造业高质量发展对区域经济增长有举足轻重的作用.“十三五”期间,湖南制造业发展取得了一定成效,但也存在一些问题,因此对湖南制造业高质量发展进行基础评判并分析其提升策略显得尤为重要.着重从规模效益、产业基础、创新能力与智能制造、品牌与质量、绿色低碳发展以及国际竞争力等方面评判湖南制造业高质量发展的基础.在此基础上,深度剖析湖南制造业高质量发展面临的问题,并从创新与人才培养、研发投入与智能制造、品牌建设以及绿色制造体系构建等方面提出对应的解决措施.The high-quality development of manufacturing industry plays a pivotal role in regional economic growth.As a major manufacturing province,the development of the manufacturing industry in Hunan province has got certain achievements,but there are still some problems,so,the promotion strategy in manufacturing industry is particularly important.This paper focuses on evaluating the basis for the high-quality development of Hunan’s manufacturing industry from the aspects of scale benefits,industrial base,innovation capability and intelligent manufacturing,brand and quality,green and low-carbon development,and international competitiveness.On this basis the paper deeply analyzes the problems faced by the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry in Hunan province,and proposes the corresponding solutions from the aspects of innovation and talent training,research and development investment and intelligent manufacturing,brand building and green manufacturing system construction.
