应用型保险人才培养的课程设计探讨——以Python语言为例

摘　　要：随着科技与保险行业的不断融合,用人单位对于保险学专业学生要求越来越高。如何培养符合市场所需的应用型保险专业人才成为高校保险教育工作者们所要考虑的问题。应用型保险人才需熟练将信息技术应用于保险实务中,而拥有简单易学、面对对象广泛等特点的Python语言受到了青睐。本文主要从Python课程开设的必要性和特点,探析如何通过开设Python语言课程培养出应用型保险专业人才,并通过案例教学的分析为保险专业教育工作者提供新的思路。With the continuous integration of technology and the insurance industry,employers are increasingly demanding insurance students.How to train applicable insurance professionals that meet the needs of the market has become a problem for insurance educators in colleges and universities.Applied insurance talents need to be proficient in applying information technology to insurance practice,and the Python language,which is easy to learn and has a wide range of targets,has been favored.This article mainly focuses on the necessity and characteristics of Python courses to explore how to train applied insurance professionals through the establishment of Python language courses,and provide new ideas for insurance educators through the empirical analysis of case teaching.
