摘　　要：中国特色社会主义新闻伦理学是中国特色哲学社会科学体系不可或缺的重要组成部分,构建新时代中国特色社会主义新闻伦理学是新时代中国特色社会主义建设所需,也是新的时代背景下推进新闻学专业课程建设所需。构建新时代中国特色社会主义新闻伦理学,首先要立足于新时代视角,即立足于新时代的经济社会条件,根据新时代中国特色社会主义建设的需要和社会主义核心价值观的基本要求来建构;其次要立足于历史视角,即吸收和借鉴历史上传统的新闻伦理思想以及新中国成立以来尤其是改革开放四十多年所取得的新闻伦理研究成果;最后要立足于全球视角,即借鉴和吸收世界上其他国家和地区特别是西方新闻伦理思想中的有益成果。News ethics is an important part of the philosophy and social science system with Chinese characteristics, and the construction of socialist ethics with Chinese characteristics in the new era is necessary for the socialist construction with Chinese characteristics as well as for the promotion of the curriculum of journalism under the background of the new era. At first, the construction of socialism ethics with Chinese characteristics in the new era must be based on the perspective of the new era, that is, on the economic and social conditions of the new era, and should be constructed according to the needs of the socialist construction with Chinese characteristics in the new era and the basic requirements of socialist core values;second, based on a historical perspective, that is, to absorb and learn from the traditional news ethics in history and the research ethics of news ethics that has been achieved since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, especially over 40 years of reform and opening up;finally, from a global perspective, that is, to learn from and absorb the other countries and regions in the world, especially the beneficial results in Western news ethics.
