摘 要:回收着陆系统在总装过程中不可避免地产生各种多余物,如果不及时采取措施,将导致系统故障,甚至失效,对航天器飞行任务造成严重后果。因此,如何有效预防与控制多余物,始终是回收着陆系统总装工作面对的重要课题。文章结合回收着陆系统总装的特点,对多余物进行了分类,分析了多余物造成的危害,在多余物预防与控制、多余物检查、多余物清除等方面,在继承传统经验方法的基础上,创新采用一些新的工艺方法、新的工艺装备、新的操作方法,使回收着陆系统总装多余物得到有效控制,确保产品装配品质。In the final assembly process of the recovery and landing system,it is inevitable to produce a variety of leftovers.If measures are not taken in time,it will lead to system fault or even failure,which will cause serious consequences to the spacecraft flight mission.Therefore,how to effectively prevent and control the leftovers has always been an important topic for the final assembly of the recovery landing system.Combined with the characteristics of the recovery and landing system assembly,the more tailings are classified and analyzed the effects of the tailings,tailings in residue prevention and control,inspection and residue removal and so no.On the basis of inherit the traditional experience method,adopts some new methods of technology innovation,new technology and equipment,new operation method,the recovery and landing system assembly and tailing more effectively control and ensure product assembly quality.
