摘　　要：气象卫星遥感数据处理系统是实现典型气象产品反演的关键。为满足中国气象卫星遥感数据应用的通用性和产品标准化需要,文章采用面向产品的分层设计和标准化设计理念,进行了移动平台气象卫星遥感数据处理系统设计,可实现对FY-3D、EOS-Terra、EOS-Aqua、NOAA 18气象卫星数据的实时接收、处理和管理,自动生成定量产品;并以FY-3D卫星的中分辨率光谱成像仪II型(FY-3D MERSI-II)为对象,进行了云检测产品、火点监测产品等典型反演产品的应用验证。结果表明:云检测的时间实际一致率为92%,火区精度约95.4%,说明该系统具有较高的准确性和适应性,可为气象卫星遥感数据的深入应用、大气环境监测和全球气候变化研究提供参考和技术支持。The meteorological satellite remote sensing data processing system is the key to realize the retrieval of typical meteorological products.In order to meet the versatility of china meteorological satellite remote sensing data application and product standardization requirements,the product-oriented hierarchical design and standardization design concepts are adopted to design a meteorological satellite remote sensing data processing system applied to mobile platform,which can achieve FY-3D,EOS-Terra,EOS-Aqua and NOAA 18 meteorological satellite data receive,process and manage in real time,automatically generate quantitative products.FY-3D MERSI-II was taken as the object to verify the application of cloud detection products,fire monitoring products and other typical inversion products.The results show that,the actual coincidence rate of cloud detection time is 92%,and the accuracy of fire area is about 95.4%.It shows that the system has high accuracy and adaptability,which can provide reference for the in-depth application of meteorological satellite remote sensing data,and provide technical support for our country’s atmospheric environment monitoring and global climate change research.
