摘　　要：目的:基于技术接受模型探讨现有静脉治疗电子病历系统的不足和改良方向,为系统优化提供依据。方法:采用质性研究方法,基于技术接受模型的感知有用性和感知易用性2个角度构建访谈提纲,对温州市某三甲医院的8名护理管理者进行半结构式访谈,用Colaizzi分析法对访谈内容进行资料分析。结果:静脉治疗记录平台感知有用性不足体现在系统模块不完整;缺少统计功能;难以保障护理质量与安全。静脉治疗记录平台感知易用性不足体现在智能性和便利性不足。结论:建设有用、易用的信息系统,挖掘利用护理大数据,可以发挥静脉治疗电子病历系统对静疗护理促进作用,真正造福患者。Objective: To explore the limitation and improvement directions of the existing electronic medical record for intravenous therapy based on technology acceptance model, so as to provide references for system optimization. Methods: Qualitative research methods were used to construct an interview outline based on the perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use of the technology acceptance model. Eight nursing administrators were selected to carry out a semi-structured interview in a grade-A tertiary hospital in Wenzhou. And the interview data were analyzed by Colaizzi analysis. Results: Three aspects of the nurses’ perceived usefulness of the intravenous therapy recording platform were extracted: the system module was incomplete, the statistical function was lacking and nursing quality and safety were difficult to guarantee. The perceived usability on electronic medical record for intravenous therapy was condensed into one aspect: the electronic medical record lacked intelligence and convenience. Conclusion: We should build a valuable and usable information system and exploit the big data of nursing, so as to play the role of the electronic medical record system for intravenous therapy in promoting static therapy and truly benefit patients.
