摘  要:以液质联用(LC-MS)技术测定皂角的有机成分,实现皂角较为全面的成分分析.色谱柱为Agilent 300Extend C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm).依次采用化学成分数据库构建、液质数据采集、数据库检索及质谱数据验证的方法,分别对皂角树的皂角米、皂角胚、皂角刺和皂荚外壳4个部位提取物含有的有机分子及皂角米和皂角胚的蛋白质定性定量分析,并用硫酸苯酚法测定总糖含量.结果表明,皂角富含有机酸及其衍生物、糖苷类、酚类、糖类、激素类、黄酮类等多种活性成分.The organic composition of Chinese Honeylocust was detected by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS)using an analytical column Agilent 300Extend C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)for LC-MS analysis.Proteins and organic molecules in Chinese Honeylocust rice,Chinese Honeylocust seed,Chinese Honeylocust shell,and Chinese Honeylocust spine were identified and quantified by chemical composition database,LC-MS data acquisition,database retrieval,and high resolution mass spectrometric data.In addition,the total sugar content was determined by the phenol sulfate method.These results showed that Chinese Honeylocust was rich in organic acids,glycosides,phenols,sugars,hormones,flavonoids,etc.This experiment provided effective scientific basis for the comprehensive development and utilization of Chinese Honeylocust.
