摘 要:通过研究吸附材料投加浓度、吸附过程反应时间以及初始刚果红废水浓度对吸附效果的影响,对烟秆渣吸附过程的动力学和热力学进行了分析,建立了吸附模型。结果表明:烟秆渣吸附刚果红的吸附平衡时间为40~120 min,最大平衡吸附量为61.5 mg/g。烟秆渣吸附刚果红符合二级动力学模型,随着浓度的增大,速率常数不断减小。烟秆渣吸附刚果红过程中ΔH>0,说明吸附过程中体系吸热,ΔG<0说明吸附自发进行,ΔS>0说明烟秆渣吸附刚果红过程中固液界面的无序性和混乱度在增加。By studying the influences of the dosage concentration of adsorbent material,the reaction time of adsorption process and the initial concentration of Congo red wastewater on the adsorption effect,the kinetics and thermodynamics of the adsorption process of tobacco stalk residue were analyzed,and the adsorption model was also established.The results showed that the adsorption equilibrium time of Congo red adsorbed by tobacco residue was 40‒120 min,and the maximum equilibrium adsorption capacity was 61.5 mg/g.The adsorption kinetics of Congo red by tobacco stem residue conformed to the second order kinetics,and the rate constant decreased with the increase of concentration.In the process of adsorption of Congo red by tobacco stalk residue,ΔH>0 indicates that the system absorbs heat during the adsorption process,ΔG<0 indicates that the adsorption proceeds spontaneously,ΔS>0 indicates that the disorder and chaos degree of solid-liquid interface are increasing in the process of adsorption of Congo red by tobacco stalk residue.
