摘 要:为推动全预制拼装技术在城市隧道中的快速发展,实现生态文明施工、降低对城市交通影响等目标,本文基于市场准入和管理,通过专家访谈、文献计量和因子分析方法识别出全预制拼装技术在城市隧道建设中成功应用的18个关键因素,基于此提取“技术创新”“建设单位”“外部环境”“政策法律”“施工单位”“科研团队”6个潜变量,并运用结构方程模型探究各潜变量之间的相互关系、作用路径及作用效应。结果表明,“政策法律”是影响全预制拼装城市隧道项目效益的直接因素;“外部环境”包含4条相关路径,是影响全预制拼装城市隧道项目成功建设的根本原因;“建设单位”是影响项目效益的第三大因素。研究成果有助于城市隧道大范围应用全预制拼装技术。In order to promote the rapid development of fully prefabricated assembly technology in urban tunnels,achieve the goal of ecological civilization construction and reduce the impact on urban traffic.Based on market access and management,through expert interviews,bibliometrics and factor analysis,18 critical factors for the successful application of full prefabricated assembly technology in urban tunnel construction are identified.Based on this,six latent variables of“technological innovation”“construction unit”“external environment”“policy and law”“building side”and“scientific research team”are extracted.The path relationship and action effect among the latent variables are explored by using a structural equation model.Results show that the“policy and law”is the direct factor affecting the benefit of the fully prefabricated assembly urban tunnel project.The“external environment”includes four related paths,which are the fundamental factors affecting the successful construction of the fully prefabricated assembly urban tunnel project.The“construction unit”is the third major factor affecting project benefits.The research results are helpful for the wide application of the fully prefabricated assembly technology in urban tunnels.
