摘  要:以1年生、5年生2个群体共11个核桃楸(Juglans mandshurica Maxim.)无性系为研究对象,以生理生化指标、光合指标为评价指标,应用变异分析、方差分析、相关性分析方法,分析各性状在嫁接当年及进入结实初期(嫁接5 a)无性系的变化规律。结果表明:核桃楸无性系1年生,各性状的变异系数为14.70%~52.09%(平均值29.31%),变异最小的是叶绿素相对吸光值,最大的是气孔导度。核桃楸无性系5年生,各性状的变异系数为6.30%~35.83%(平均为21.66%),比1年生变异减小,变异最小的是胞间CO_(2)摩尔分数,最大的是气孔导度。1年生、5年生的未结实群体,叶绿素相对吸光值平均值显著高于结实群体9.68%,净光合速率平均值显著低于结实群体7.80%。叶绿素相对吸光值、胞间CO_(2)摩尔分数早期和晚期一致性较好,相关系数分别为0.322、0.296,是早期与晚期相关性及早期选择的重要性状。叶绿素相对吸光值与结实量呈显著负相关,气孔导度、蒸腾速率均与结实量呈显著正相关;胞间CO_(2)摩尔分数与气孔导度、蒸腾速率呈极显著正相关,叶绿素相对吸光值和胞间CO_(2)摩尔分数能够进行间接选择。The physiological and biochemical indexes and photosynthetic indexes of the clones of Juglans mandshurica Maxim. were used to study the changes of each character in the year of grafting and at the beginning of fruiting(grafting 5 years) by means of variation analysis, so as to lay a foundation for the morning and evening correlation and selection of superior clones. The variation coefficient of each character was 14.70%-52.09%(mean of 29.31%), and the minimum variation was chlorophyll relative light absorption value, and the maximum variation was stomatal conductance. The coefficient of variation of each character was 6.30%-35.83%(mean of 21.66%), which was lower than that of the 1-year-old clones. The smallest variation was intercellular CO_(2)mole fraction, and the largest was stomatal conductance. The mean value of chlorophyll relative light absorption and net photosynthetic rate of 1-year-old and 5-year-old non-fruiting population were significantly higher than that of fruiting population(9.68%) and lower than that of fruiting population(7.80%). Chlorophyll relative light absorption value and intercellular CO_(2)mole fraction were consistent with each other in early and late stages, with correlation coefficients of 0.322 and 0.296, respectively, which were important traits for early and late correlation and early selection. There was a significant negative correlation between chlorophyll relative light absorption and seed setting, and a significant positive correlation between stomatal conductance and transpiration rate and seed setting. Intercellular CO_(2)mole fraction was positively correlated with stomatal conductance and transpiration rate, and chlorophyll relative light absorption and intercellular CO_(2)mole fraction could be selected indirectly.
