摘  要:以黑龙江地区胶合木-混凝土装配式建筑、砖混结构建筑、普通装配式建筑、框剪结构建筑为研究对象,从经济效益、社会效益、环境效益3个角度,遴选9个影响因素,构建了评价指标体系;在概率犹豫费马(Fermatean)模糊环境下,应用改进的全乘比例多目标优化(MULTIMOORA(IM))方法构建了胶合木-混凝土建筑经济性评价模型;依据采集的已知定量数据和评价信息,采用绍凯(Choquet)积分几何算子聚合各类指标值;利用改进的全乘比例多目标优化方法对评价的建筑进行经济性综合排序,比较不同结构建筑的经济性差异。结果表明:胶合木-混凝土组合结构建筑的经济性优于其它结构建筑的经济性;经稳健性检验、有效性检验和比较,验证了构建的模型的可行性和有效性。The evaluation index system was constructed by selecting nine influencing factors from three perspectives of economic, social and environmental benefits, taking the glued wood-concrete assembled building, brick and mortar building, common assembled building and frame shear building in Heilongjiang region as the research objects;the improved full multiplicative proportional multi-objective optimization(MULTIMOORA(IM)) method was applied in the probabilistic hesitant Fermat(Fermatean) fuzzy environment. MULTIMOORA(IM) method was applied to construct an evaluation model of the economic performance of glued wood-concrete buildings;based on the known quantitative data and evaluation information, the Choquet integral pooling operator was used to aggregate the values of various indicators;the improved MULTIMOORA(IM) method was used to evaluate the economic performance of the evaluated buildings. The economic performance of the evaluated buildings was ranked using an improved full multiplicative scale multi-objective optimization(MULTIMOORA(IM)) method to compare the economic performance of different structures. The economic performance of the glued wood-concrete composite building is better than that of other structural buildings, and the feasibility and validity of the constructed model are verified by the robustness test, validity test and comparison.
