摘 要:以由内蒙古森工、龙江森工、吉林森工、长白山森工和大兴安岭林业集团构成的,东北、内蒙古重点国有林区(以下简称“东北国有林区”)为研究区域,以研究区域职工为研究对象;以国家林业与草原局《重点国有林区民生改革监测调查问卷》为样本,于2017年累计收回1 004份有效调查问卷(为研究数据样本);从人力资本、家庭禀赋、政策制度3个层次,设计17个评价指标,构建了评价指标体系,采用多元线性回归模型分析对东北国有林区职工家庭收入的影响因素。结果表明:教育程度、工作身份、职业培训、退休人数、多种经营、特困家庭及林区改革等因素,与职工家庭收入具有显著的相关关系。教育程度、工作身份、职业培训、退休人数、多种经营及林区改革等因素,对职工家庭收入具有显著的正向影响,而特困家庭因素对其收入具有显著的负向影响;工作身份、多种经营及林区改革等因素,是提高东北国有林区职工家庭收入水平的关键因素。We took the key state-owned forest areas in Northeast and Inner Mongolia(hereinafter referred to as “Northeast State-owned Forest Areas”) composed of Inner Mongolia Forest Industry, Longjiang Forest Industry, Jilin Forest Industry, Changbai Mountain Forest Industry and Daxing’an Mountain Forestry Group as the research area, and the employees in the research area as the research object. Taking the questionnaire on monitoring the livelihood reform of key state-owned forest areas issued by the State Forestry and grassland administration as the sample, 1 004 valid questionnaires(as the research data sample) were collected from 2017, and from the three levels of human capital, family endowment and policy system, we designed 17 evaluation indexes, constructed the evaluation index system, and analyzed the influencing factors on the family income of employees in Northeast State-owned forest areas by multiple linear regression model. The factors such as education level, work status, vocational training, number of retirees, diversified economy, extremely poor families and forest reform have a significant correlation with the family income of employees. Education level, job status, vocational training, number of retirees, diversified operation and forest reform have a significant positive impact on employees’ family income, while the factors of extremely poor families have a significant negative impact on their income. Working status, diversified economy and forest reform are the key factors to improve the family income level of employees in state-owned forest areas in Northeast China.
