摘  要:物流集群是一种社会经济现象,具有聚集与增值效应,引领区域发展。研究协同网络下物流集群的系统结构与作用机制,能有效促进其高质量发展。分析物流集群特征,构造政府与市场相结合的协同网络,刻画要素作用的因果关系、系统流图,建立系统动力学模型。以湖南省为例仿真,结果表明:背景网络正向作用于物流集群系统收益;协同状态下的综合收益最高,其他单模式效果随集群生命周期历程交替变化;各单项收益对集群系统作用显著,但网络导向下的差异性突出;集群单位综合收益表现为集群企业个体的自组织化特征,且对网络的适应性不同。最后,提出了加强协调引导、有效把控约束与坚持创新引领等建议。Logistics cluster is a social and economic phenomenon,it has aggregation and increment and leads regional development.The system structure and functional mechanism of logistics cluster in the synergistic network is studied,which can promote high quality development.The characteristics of logistics cluster is analyzed and the synergistic network is built to depict the causal relationship and the system flow diagram,and the system dynamics model is established.The simulation of Hunan Province is carried out to show that the network orientation has positive effect on the revenue of logistics cluster system.The comprehensive income under the synergistic network is the highest,the other effect alternates with the life cycle of logistics cluster.Each single objective has a significant effect on the cluster system,but the difference is prominent in the network orientation.The unit income of logistics cluster shows the self-organizing characteristics of cluster enterprises,and the adaptability is different to the network.Finally,some suggestions are put forward,such as strengthening coordination and guidance,effectively controlling constraints and adhering to innovation guidance.
