高校人文素质课教学探析

摘　　要：人文素质课在高校课程体系中占有重要地位,对于培养真善美的高素质综合性人才意义重大。但是在就业指挥棒的牵引下,面临着“重技术、轻人文”的功利主义社会氛围,制约了人文素质课的实际效果。通过组建学习共同体,优化教学安排,改进教学方法,构建过程考核与结果考核相结合的多元化考评体系,加强教学质量监控与指导,在学校、教师和学生的共同努力下,不断提高人文素质课的教学质量,真正发挥好“春风化雨润物无声”的功能。The humanities quality course plays an important role in the university curriculum system,and plays a great significance role for the cultivation of high-quality comprehensive talents of truth,goodness and beauty.However,under the leadership of the employment baton,it faces the utilitarian social atmosphere of “focus on technology but not humanity”,which restricts the actual effect of the humanities quality course.By organizing a learning community,optimizing teaching arrangements and improving teaching methods,diversified evaluation system the process assessment and results assessment,strengthening teaching quality monitoring and guidance,with the joint efforts of schools,teachers and students,we continue to improve the quality of the humanities quality class,and truly play the role of “Salutary influence of Education.”
