摘  要:门槽快捷施工云车设计时,应对闸门埋件在整个实施期的主要荷载进行分析计算,并选取最不利荷载效应组合工况,利用ANSYS Workbench对三河口水库门槽快捷施工云车和埋件进行整体有限元分析,结果表明:埋件和云车在荷载效应组合工况下位移和应力值,均满足埋件的安装精度要求。计算结果可为设计分析优化提供可靠依据。When designing the cloud truck for the quick construction of the gate slot,the main loads of the gate embedded parts in the whole implementation period should be analyzed and calculated,and the most unfavorable load effect combination conditions should be selected.In this paper,ANSYS Workbench is used to carry out the overall finite element analysis of the quick construction cloud truck and embedded parts of the Sanhekou Reservoir door and groove.The results show that the displacement and stress values of the embedded parts and the cloud car under the combined load effect condition both meet the installation accuracy requirements of the embedded parts.The calculation results can provide a reliable basis for design analysis and optimization.
