国外某水电工程天然砂砾石料使用可行性试验研究

摘  要:国外某水电工程规模为一等大(1)型工程,拦河大坝为碾压混凝土双曲拱坝。该工程现场砂石系统生产的天然砂砾石粗骨料中存在一定比例的风化料,通过对料场正常加工的骨料(FH料)、筛除掉风化料(QH料)成型混凝土试件进行力学性能对比,两种骨料配制的C_(90)20三级配碾压混凝土和C_(90)25三级配碾压混凝土强度满足设计等级要求,前者抗压强度仅降低0.8%~1.5%,劈拉强度降低1.3%~1.9%。结果表明含风化料的粗骨料可以正常使用,不会对大坝碾压混凝土性能带来不利影响。A foreign hydropower project isⅠlarge(1)type project,the water impounding dam is RCC double arch dam.There is a certain proportion of weathered material in the aggregate of natural sand ravel produced by aggregate processing system.Through the normal processing of the aggregate(FH aggregate),sieve out of the weak weathered material(QH aggregate)concrete mechanical performance comparison,the strength of C_(90)20 third aggregate grading roller compacted concrete and C_(90)25 third aggregate grading roller compacted concrete can meet the requirements of design grade.The compressive strength of the former decreases only by 0.8~1.5%,and split tensile strength decreased by 1.3~1.9%.The results show that the aggregate containing weathered material can be used normally and will not adversely affect the performance of RCC for dam.
