摘　　要：目的检索围术期体温监测相关证据,并对其最佳证据进行总结。方法系统检索国内外数据库、指南网及专业协会网站等关于围术期体温监测的指南、临床决策、专家共识、系统评价等。结果纳入18篇文献,其中指南6篇、专家共识3篇、证据总结2篇、临床决策3篇以及系统评价4篇,共提炼出包括护理评估、监测部位与工具、监测频率与监测注意事宜等4个方面共21条证据。结论体温监测应涵盖整个围术期,根据临床需求选择准确、无创、便捷、低成本的体温测量工具,便于早期发现病情变化,减少不良结局发生。Objective To search and summarize the best evidence on perioperative body temperature monitoring.Methods The guidelines,clinical decisions,expert consensus and systematic evaluation of perioperative body temperature monitoring were systematically searched from domestic and foreign databases,guideline websites and professional association websites.Results Totally,18 articles were included,involving 6 guidelines,3 expert consensuses,2 evidence summaries,3 clinical decisions,and 4 systematic reviews.There were 21 pieces of evidence extracted from four aspects,including nursing evaluation,monitoring parts and tools,monitoring frequency and monitoring precautions.Conclusions Temperature monitoring should cover the whole perioperative period.Clinicians can select accurate,noninvasive,convenient,and low-cost thermometers according to clinical needs,as so to early detect the disease changes and reduce the occurrence of adverse outcomes.
