持续性生殖器官兴奋紊乱/生殖器官-骨盆感觉障碍综合征患者一例的护理体会

摘　　要：目的探讨持续性生殖器官兴奋紊乱/生殖器官-骨盆感觉障碍综合征(persistent genital arousal disorder/genito-pelvic dysesthesia,PGAD/GPD)的护理方法。方法回顾分析和总结某院收治的1例PGAD/GPD患者的临床资料。结果患者症状消失,顺利出院,随访1月无复发。结论PGAD/GPD严重影响女性身心健康,积极的心理护理辅以适当的中医护理有利于提高患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the nursing care of a patient with persistent genital arousal disorder/genito-pelvic dysesthesia(PGAD/GPD).Methods The clinical data of a patient with PGAD/GPD treated in our department were retrospectively analyzed and summarized.Results The patient was discharged successfully with the symptoms resolved completely,and no recurrence was observed during 1-month follow-up.Conclusions PGAD/GPD is a kind of newly discovered special disease which can affect women’s mental and physical health seriously.The combination of active psychological nursing and appropriate traditional Chinese medicine nursing technologies can improve the therapeutic effect significantly.
