纪检监察人才培养模式的思考与探索

摘　　要：党的十八大以来,纪检监察部门成为我国反腐败最重要的部门,培养高素质纪检监察人才既是推进监察体制改革和落实全面从严治党的现实要求,也是推动纪检监察学学科建设和学术发展的动力所在。当前的纪检监察人才培养模式存在人才培养目标和方案尚不明确、交叉学科属性不清晰、学历阶段人才培养不贯通、课程设置缺乏针对性、师资力量极度缺乏等问题,因此应该从重视本科阶段的纪检监察人才培养、建立学科平台和开展学科基地建设、完善硕博士培养体系建设、创建纪检监察学学科课程体系、建立专业化的师资队伍等方面解决上述问题。此外,笔者还根据纪检监察人才培养模式的特色,提出建立“A(原有优势)+K(核心知识)+X(研究方向)”的培养模式模型架构。Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the discipline inspection and supervision department has become the most important department for anti-corruption in China.Cultivating high-quality discipline inspection and supervision talents is not only the realistic requirement for promoting the reform of the supervision system and implementing the comprehensive and strict governance of the Party,but also the driving force for promoting the disciplinary construction and academic development of discipline inspection and supervision.In view of the current problems in the process of discipline inspection and supervision personnel training mode,such as unclear talent training objectives and programs,unclear interdisciplinary attributes,incoherent talent training at the academic level,lack of relevance in curriculum,and extreme lack of faculty,we should focus on discipline inspection and supervision personnel training at the undergraduate level,establish disciplinary platforms and disciplinary base,improve the construction of master's and doctoral education system,set up the curriculum system of supervision discipline,and foster a professional team of faculty to solve the problems above.In addition,according to the characteristics of discipline inspection and supervision personnel training model,the author also puts forward to establish a training model structure of“A(original advantages)+K(core knowledge)+X(research direction)”.
