摘  要:针对注水泵柱塞填料密封寿命短的问题,分析了其失效原因。结合工作经验及现有技术条件,对柱塞填料密封结构及材料进行改进,将密封介质腔引入柱塞填料密封函体结构中,利用其对柱塞的润滑作用,减小柱塞与填料之间的摩擦力;采用“13141”盘根组合法结构。实践证明,该方法能够将盘根寿命提升1.5倍。Aiming at the problem of short service life of the plunger packing seal of the water injection pump, the reasons for its failure are analyzed. Combined with work experience and existing technical conditions, the structure and material of the plunger packing seal are improved, and the sealing medium cavity is introduced into the plunger packing. In the sealed box structure, the friction force between the plunger and the packing is reduced by its lubricating effect on the plunger. The "13141" packing combination structure is adopted. Practice proves that this method can increase the life of the packing by 1.5 times.
