摘 要:核能发电的广泛应用,虽然给人类提供了大量的清洁能源,但也产生了大量的、具有放射性的乏燃料。要安全有效地接收、储存、处理这些核废料,乏燃料后处理厂就需要很多核化工容器来完成此项任务。通过总结某乏燃料后处理厂核化工容器制造中,等离子弧焊工艺试验过程及产品焊接结果,介绍了等离子弧焊坡口结构设计优化过程及优化效果。通过优化,大大改善了等离子弧焊接质量,有效提高了产品生产效率。Although the extensive application of nuclear power generation provides a large amount of clean energy to mankind, it also produces a large amount of radioactive spent fuel. To safely and efficiently receive, store, and process these nuclear wastes, spent fuel reprocessing plants require many nuclear chemical containers to accomplish this task.This paper introduces the optimization process and optimization effect of plasma arc welding groove structure design by summarizing the plasma arc welding process test process and product welding results in the manufacture of nuclear chemical containers in a spent fuel reprocessing plant. Through optimization, the quality of plasma arc welding is greatly improved, and the production efficiency of products is effectively improved.
