摘  要:某款发动机在台架耐久试验过程中出现2例平衡轴顶盖窜油问题,窜油工况主要集中在4500~5500 r/min(0.9~1.1 MPa)时,经过分析2例故障原因不同,分别为单向阀膜片周边有飞边(制造缺陷)和单向阀阀座与膜片配合尺寸不合格(膜片与阀座存在干涉影响膜片关闭)。前者将阀片工艺由注胶改为冲压,保证膜片尺寸及公差和飞边;后者更改平衡轴顶盖单向阀位置更改保证膜片正常关闭,解决平衡轴顶盖窜油问题。During the bench durability test of a certain engine, there are 2 cases of oil bleeding of the top cover of the balance shaft. Oil bleeding is mainly concentrated in the working conditions of 4500 ~5500 r/min (0.9 ~1.1 MPa). The analysis proves that the two faults are caused by flash around the one-way valve diaphragm (manufacturing defect) and unqualified matching size between the one-way valve seat and the diaphragm (the interference between the diaphragm and the valve seat affects the closing of the diaphragm). In the first failure, the valve plate process is changed from glue injection to stamping to ensure the size and tolerance of the diaphragm and flash. In the second failure, the position of the balance shaft top cover check valve is changed to ensure the normal closing of the diaphragm, and the oil bleeding problem of the balance shaft top cover is solved.
