摘 要:通过对行车缓解鞲鞴铅锤面、制动楔角面的加工工艺分析,介绍一种加工铅锤面、制动楔角面的夹具,解决定位、装夹难题,确保行车缓解鞲鞴的设计与工艺技术要求、加工精度。该夹具结构简单,通用性好,通过更换制动倍率调整垫,可实现对不同制动倍率行车缓解鞲鞴铅锤面、制动楔角面的加工。This paper analyzes the processing technology of the plumb surface and the brake wedge angle surface of the railway air cylinder piston. A fixture for processing plumb surface and brake wedge angle surface is introduced to solve the positioning and clamping problems, and to ensure the design and process technical requirements and processing accuracy of the railway air cylinder piston. The fixture has a simple structure and good versatility. By replacing the adjusting pad of the braking leverage, the processing of the plumb surface and the brake wedge surface of railway air cylinder piston with different braking leverage can be realized.
