摘  要:设计了数控重型立式铣车加工中心数控刀架,精度高、稳定性好。数控刀架滑枕内部设置主轴,滑枕下端设置卡紧体,卡紧体与刀库中刀具附件上的卡体配套使用,完成自动换刀。卡爪槽加工是卡体加工中的关键工序,但由于卡体结构限制,使其加工时装夹变得十分困难。设计了卡体加工夹具,以方便工件装夹,并能够快速地将夹具及工件定位、固定在机床工作台上,使工件中心与机床工作台中心同轴,保证了加工精度,提高了加工效率,降低了工作人员的劳动强度。利用五轴加工中心,实现了锥面凹槽的高精、高效加工。The carriage of CNC heavy vertical milling and turning machining center is designed, which has high precision and good stability. A spindle is arranged inside the carriage ram, an active clamping body is arranged at the lower end of the carriage ram. The active clamping body is matched with the passive clamping body which is fixed on the tool accessory in the tool magazine to complete the automatic tool change. The machining of claw groove is a key process in the machining of the passive clamping body, but it is very difficult to fix the passive clamping body because of the restriction of the structure of the passive clamping body. A fixture is designed to facilitate the clamping of workpiece, and the fixture and workpiece can be quickly positioned and fixed on the worktable of machine tool. So that the center of workpiece and the center of the worktable of machine tool are coaxial, thus ensuring the machining accuracy and improving the machining efficiency, the labor intensity of the staff is reduced. By using the five-axis machining center, the high precision and high efficiency machining of the claw groove is realized.
