摘　　要：以ZF5200/16/28液压支架插板齿条为例,在对其作用和结构进行分析后,对齿条原设计及工艺进行了改进,有效解决了制作过程中存在的问题,并推广至其它放顶煤类型的支架,取得了良好的经济效益。Taking ZF5200/16/28 hydraulic support spile rack as an example, after analyzing its function and structure, the original design and process of the rack are improved, which effectively solves the problems in the production process, and extends it to other places. The support of top coal type has achieved good economic benefits.
