摘　　要：人口是社会活动的主体,中国共产党建党百年来人口思想在演进中不断发展,人口思想的逐步形成对我国经济的发展、宏观就业政策的制定、劳动力市场的管理、相关保障政策的配套等都有直接的参考作用。三孩生育政策及配套支持措施的提出是我国积极应对人口老龄化的表现。首先,对中国人口时代背景和人口思想的理论基础进行分析;其次,根据我国自建党以来各时期的经济社会发展状况及中国共产党基于马克思主义人口理论后提出的相关人口思想进行梳理;最后,总结中国共产党建党百年来人口思想的当代价值和启示。Population is the main body of social activities. China’s population thoughts have been developing during its evolution since the founding of the Communist Party of China one hundred years before. The gradual formation of population thoughts is influential to China’s economic development, the macro employment policy, the labor market management, and relevant supportive policies. The three-child policy and supporting measures are the performance of China’s active response to the aging of the population. Firstly, this paper analyzes the historical background of China’s current population and the theoretical basis of "population thought". Secondly, according to the China’s economic and social development since the founding of the Party and the relevant population thoughts put forward by the Party and state leaders in combination with the Marxist population theory. Finally, there will be a summary about the contemporary value and enlightenment of the popula tion thoughts in the century since the founding of the Communist Party of China.
