摘 要:陶瓷材料因具有良好的化学稳定性、耐高温性、尺寸稳定、反射率高等特性,作为泵浦腔材料具有良好的应用前景。实验以熔融石英为原料,研究了球磨240 min后粉料粒径的变化。用该粉料制备熔融石英陶瓷,研究粉料粒度、烧成温度对熔融石英陶瓷反射率的影响。结果表明:球磨240 min粉体D_(50)由7.2μm下降至3.1μm,而熔融石英陶瓷的相对反射率提高,在1200℃下烧成时反射率最高,主要与其气孔率有关。XRD分析表明:1200℃烧成的熔融石英陶瓷仍保持非晶态;烧成温度达到1300℃时,熔融石英陶瓷中出现方石英相,且随着烧成温度升高,非晶态的熔融石英向方石英转变。Ceramic materials which have been used as pump cavity materials becuse of its excellent properties,such as good chemical stability,high-temperature resistance,size stability and high reflectivity,have good application prospect.Fused silica was used in this experiment as start material,the change of the particle size of the powder after 240 min milling was studied.Fused silica ceramics were prepared by the obtained powders.The influence of the particle size of the powder and the sintering temperature on the reflectivity of the fused silica ceramics were studied.The results showed that the D_(50) of the powder decreased from 7.2μm to 3.1μm after 240 min milling,while the relative reflectivity of fused silica ceramics increased,and the reflectivity of fused silica ceramics reached the top when fired at 1200℃,which was mainly related to the porosity of ceramics.XRD analysis shows that the fused silica ceramics sintered at 1200℃still remain amorphous.Cristobalite phase appears in the fused silica ceramics when fired at 1300℃and the amorphous fused silica transforms to cristobalite with the increase of the firing temperature.
