摘  要:通过在透明釉中引入Ag_(3)PO_(4)抗菌剂,研制了一种Ag/Ag_(3)PO_(4)复合抗菌卫生陶瓷,用XRD对其晶相进行了表征,并测定了抗菌、耐酸碱性及硬度。结果表明,该抗菌卫生陶瓷于1200℃烧成后,抗菌釉中的抗菌剂主晶相为Ag_(3)PO_(4)。对于革兰氏阴性大肠杆菌(E.coli)的抑制和杀灭能力可达99%以上,耐酸碱性和硬度均能满足卫生陶瓷必备的基本要求。Ag/Ag_(3)PO_(4) composite antibacterial sanitary ceramics was developed by introducing Ag_(3)PO_(4) antibacterial agent into transparent glaze,and its crystal phase was characterized by XRD.The antibacterial,acid and alkali resistance and hardness were measured.The results show that the main crystalline phase of the antibacterial agent in antibacterial glaze is Ag_(3)PO_(4) after firing at 1200℃.The inhibition and killing ability of gram-negative Escherichia coli(E.coli)can even reach more than 99%;Acid and alkali resistance and hardness can meet the basic requirements of sanitary ceramics.
