摘 要:本文提出1种基于TM_(1/2.0)、TM_(10)和TM_(12)三糢辐射的宽带微带天线。首先,通过在贴片上的馈电点附近加载1个倒U型槽实现良好的阻抗匹配,同时将贴片分成2个部分。之后,在小贴片的上边緣下加载1个短路面,产生1个靠近TM_(10)模的TM_(1/2,0)模扩展天线的阻抗带宽。最后,为了进一步扩展天线带宽,增大天线的宽度并在贴片上加载2个对称的垂直矩形槽,降低TM12模式的频点。基于以上方法,将3个辐射糢相互靠近实现带宽扩展。仿真结果表明所提出的天线实现了26.5%的阻抗带宽,并在频带内保持稳定的法向辐射。In this paper,a broadband microstrip antenna under operation of TM_(1/2,0),TM_(10) and TM_(12) modes is proposed.Firstly,a good impedance matching is achieved by loading an inverted U-shaped slot near the feeding point on the patch,and the patch is divided into two parts.Then,a shorting wall is added underneath the upper edge of smaller patch,which will excite another TM_(1/2,0) mode close to TM_(10) mode to expand the impedance bandwidth.Finally,to further extend the antenna bandwidth,the antenna width is enlarged and two symmetrical vertical rectangular slots are cut on the patch to reduce the frequency of TM_(12) mode.Based on the arrangements above,three resonant modes are close to each other to achieve bandwidth enhancement.Simulation results show that the impedance bandwidth of proposed antenna is expanded to 26.5%.Moreover,a stable radiation pattern at broadside direction is realized over the operating band.
