摘 要:本文提出了1种基于极化转换单元的超宽带透射表面阵列天线设计方法。首先以非对称开口圆环为基础设计了1种超宽带的透射型极化转换单元,其具有超宽带(5~13 GHz)透射传输能力,360°的透射相位覆盖和很好的相位线性度。基于这一极化透射单元结构设计了1个口径为250 mm×250 mm的超宽带线极化透射阵列天线。仿真结果表明,该透射阵列天线在12GHz实现最大增益27.33dB,其3dB增益频带范围为7.5~14.5 GHz,相对带宽达63.6%。该天线的最大口径效率高达75.69%,且在6.6~12.2 GHz均实现口径效率优于50%。In this paper,a design method of an ultra-wideband linearly polarization transmitarray antenna based on polarization conversion unit is proposed.Firstly,based on the asymmetric split circular ring,an ultra-wideband transmissive polarization conversion unit with ultra-wideband(5〜13GHz)transmission capability,a transmission phase coverage of 360°and good phase linearity is designed.An ultra-wideband linearly polarization transmitarray antenna with a diameter of 250 mm×250 mm is designed based on the proposed element.The simulation results show that the peak simulated gain is 27.33dB in 12GHz and the its bandwidth of 3 dB gain drop is 63.6%from 7.5 GHz to 14.5 GHz..Moreover,the peak aperture efficiency of the antenna is 75.69%and the aperture efficiency is greater than 50%from 6.6 GHz to 12.2 GHz.
