摘　　要：目的探讨以“一病一品”为框架,构建精细化乳腺专科护理品牌的方法与效果。方法基于“一病一品”框架,分别构建乳腺癌患者围手术期和化疗期全程护理框架与护理方案,打造术后患者患肢早期功能锻炼、化疗期止吐和生活质量提升等三个专科护理品牌项目。采用历史对照法,选取2019年1月—6月本科室收治的50例乳腺癌患者为观察组,按“一病一品”方案实施护理。选取2018年6月—12月本科室收治的50例乳腺癌患者作为对照组,按照乳腺癌护理常规护理。结果观察组患者早期功能锻炼依从率、人均呕吐次数和生活质量评分优于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌“一病一品”护理模式的构建为护士提供了详细、精准的全流程最佳护理路径和护理方案,解决了患者围手术期、化疗期的关键护理问题,能有效促进患者康复,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the method and effect of constructing a fine breast specialty nursing brand within the framework of"one disease and one product".Methods Based on the framework of"one disease and one product",the whole-course nursing framework and nursing scheme for breast cancer patients during perioperative period and chemotherapy period were constructed respectively,and three specialist nursing brand projects including early functional exercise of affected limb after operation,antiemetic during chemotherapy and improvement of quality of life were constructed.Using the historical contrast method,50 cases of breast cancer patients admitted to our department in the period from January to June 2019 were selected as the observation group,and the nursing was carried out according to"one disease and one product"plan;50 cases of breast cancer patients admitted to our department from June to December 2018 were selected as the control group,following the routine care of breast cancer.Results Compliance rate of early functional exercise,vomiting times per capita and quality of life score during chemotherapy in the observation group was better than the control group.The difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The construction of the"one disease and one product"nursing mode for breast cancer provides nurses detailed and accurate whole-process clinical nursing pathway and nursing plan,which can solve the key problems of patients during perioperative and chemotherapy periods,effectively promote the rehabilitation of patients and improve the patients′quality of life.
