摘 要:根据滤料在应用时易出现的酸碱腐蚀情况,用酸或碱溶液对PTFE乳液改性的聚酰亚胺(P84)纤维/超细玻璃纤维复合针刺滤料进行处理,并对该复合滤料进行力学性能表征,评价其耐酸碱性能,以评估滤料在工业使用的可行性。结果表明随着酸或碱溶液质量分数的增加、处理温度的升高、处理时间的延长,复合针刺滤料的断裂强度和断裂伸长率不断降低,复合滤料的腐蚀老化现象越发严重;结合实际工况条件,复合滤料在低质量分数酸碱条件下仍具有一定的力学性能,可保持其尺寸稳定性。PTFE乳液改性P84/超细玻璃纤维复合针刺滤料的耐酸性优于耐碱性,可以满足烟气过滤环境对滤料耐酸碱性的要求。According to the acid-base corrosion which is easy to appear during the application of filter material,the polyimide (P84) fiber/superfine glass fiber composite needled filter modified by PTFE emulsion was treated by acid or alkaline solutions.The mechanical properties of the composite filter were tested to evaluate the acid and alkali resistance,aiming to explore the feasibility for industrial use.The results showed that with the increasing acidic or alkaline concentration,higher treatment temperature,and longer treatment time,the breaking strength and the breaking elongation of the composite filter decreased,and meanwhile the corrosion of the filter became more serious.In conclusion,the acid resistance of the composite filter was better than the alkaline resistance,which could meet the requirements of the acid-alkali resistance of filters in flue gas filtration environment.
