摘 要:以高压配电网真空断路器操作特性为研究对象,提出小型化电机操动机构设计方法。基于断路器的负载反力和操作速度要求,计算得出驱动电机的主要尺寸,分析了相同体积、不同绕组线径和匝数下的电机性能,确定输出转矩大、运动速度快、功率密度高的线径和匝数配合方案,完成驱动电机的整体设计。采用有限元理论建立驱动电机数学模型,计算得到电机角位移和输出转矩特性。与已有电机操动机构相比,新型驱动电机体积减小23%,输出转矩、运动速度分别提高了53.4 N·m和38 r/min。Taking the operating characteristics of vacuum circuit breaker in high voltage distribution network as the research object,the design method of miniaturized motor actuator is proposed.Based on the requirements of load reaction force and operation speed of circuit breaker,the main structure size of the drive motor is calculated.By analyzing the performance of the same volume motor under different winding wire diameter and number of turns,the scheme of winding wire diameter and turns-more output torque,faster motor rotational speed,higher power density are determined.The overall design of the drive motor is completed.The mathematical model of the motor is established with finite element theory.The dynamic behaviours of the motor angular displacement and output torque are calculated.Compared with the pre-existing motor actuator,the volume of new drive motor is reduced by 23%.Meanwhile,the average output torque and rotational speed can be increased by 53.4 N·m and 38 r/min in respectively.
