摘 要:煤粉爆炸特性及其判别直接影响电站锅炉制粉系统运行安全,铁法煤的高灰分和高挥发分特征给判别其爆炸特性造成挑战。通过工业分析、热重分析和煤粉爆炸试验,研究了铁法煤爆炸特性。结果显示:铁法煤粉爆炸倾向属于较难爆炸级别,而白音华、神华煤粉爆炸倾向属于易爆炸级别,铁法煤爆炸风险相对较低。设计煤种为铁法煤的电站锅炉混烧其他煤种,特别是高挥发分高热值烟煤时,由于原煤种安全运行参数可能导致混烧煤种爆炸,因此需要特别注意制粉系统防爆,降低磨出口风温,并严格执行防爆措施。The explosion characteristics of pulverized coal and its prediction directly affect the operation safety of utility boiler pulverizing system.The characteristics of high ash and high volatile of Tiefa coal pose a challenge to judge its explosiveness.The explosion characteristics of Tiefa coal are studied through industrial analysis,thermogravimetric analysis and pulverized coal explosion experiments.The results show that the explosion tendency of Tiefa coal belongs to relatively difficult level.The explosion tendencies of Baiyinhua and Shenhua coal belong to the easy level.The explosion risk of Tiefa coal is relatively low.However,when the power station boiler designed with Tiefa coal partly use other coals,especially high volatile and medium-low ash coals,the original safe operation parameters may lead to explosion for new coals.Accordingly,special attention is required to prevent explosion of the pulverizing system.It is necessary to reduce the mill outlet temperature and strictly implement explosion-proof measures.
