摘  要:国家提出双碳目标企业排放指标的管控日益收紧。对于燃煤火电机组,氮氧化物、烟尘及二氧化硫排放指标均明确排放限值和排放总量。烟气排放指标总量以烟气流量及浓度进行折算,而在实际的生产过程中,因设备发生问题造成烟气传输过程中较易出现空气混入,烟气流动进程中吸收的大量空气从烟囱排出,导致烟气流量增加,锅炉排放总量超限,给企业造成了负面影响及不必要的经济损失。结合某330 MW燃煤火电机组因原、净烟气流量大幅偏差造成排放总量增加,分析了原因,提出了一些建议,为同类型机组遇到相似问题制定相应的防范措施提供参考。With the proposal of the national double carbon goal,the control of emission enterprises indicators is increasingly tightened.For coal-fired thermal power units,the emission limits and total emissions of NOx,smoke and sulfur dioxide are clear.The total amount of flue gas emission indicators is converted based on the flue gas flow and concentration.In the actual production process,due to equipment problems,it is easy to mix air in the flue gas transmission process,and a large amount of air absorbed in the flue gas flow process is discharged from the chimney,resulting in the increase of flue gas flow and the total amount of boiler emission exceeding the limit.It has caused negative impact and unnecessary economic losses to enterprises.Combined with the increase of a 330 MW coal-fired thermal power unit total emission due to the large deviation of original and net flue gas flow,it analyzes the reasons and puts forward some suggestions,so as to provide reference for the same type of units under similar conditions.
