摘 要:为保证某油田CO_(2)驱油地面管线合理选材,通过动电位极化曲线和交流阻抗谱研究了不同温度下3Cr、16Mn和20;钢3种典型材料在模拟CO_(2)驱溶液中的电化学腐蚀行为。结果表明:随着温度升高,材料腐蚀敏感性增强,越容易发生腐蚀,而腐蚀电流密度先升高后降低,这是由于腐蚀产物膜结构发生了变化。3种材料中,3Cr钢的腐蚀敏感程度最低,中低温条件下腐蚀电流最小,综合耐蚀性最强,建议选用3Cr钢作为该油田CO_(2)驱地面管线材料。Assessment of corrosion resistance of three typical materials(3Cr steel,16 Mn steel and 20;steel)of surface pipeline for CO_(2) flooding well environment were carried out by potentiodynamic polarization curve and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy in flooding well environment.The results showed that the three materials were prone to be corroded with the temperature increasing.However,the corrosion current density of polarization curve increased at low-middle temperature,and decreased at high temperature compared the results at different temperature,which was due to the structure difference of corrosion layers.3Cr steel showed the optimal corrosion resistance with the most positive corrosion potential at the three test temperatures and the lowest current density at low-middle temperature.It was recommended to select 3Cr steel as surface pipeline material for CO_(2) flooding wells.
