摘 要:最小混相压力是注气方案设计中重要的参数之一,在注气混相驱下,理论上驱油效率可以达到100%。行业标准推荐细管长度应大于10 m,然而有研究表明细管长度对最小混相压力有影响。以塔里木油田某区块为研究对象,开展了两种不同烃类气体的细管实验和数值模拟,研究了细管长度对混相压力、混相带长度、驱替效率的影响规律。结果表明:随着细管长度增大,驱油效率逐渐变大,最小混相压力变小;但当细管长度增加到100 m后,最小混相压力的降低幅度减小。细管长度对最小混相压力的影响机理是:混相带的长度随着细管长度的增加而增加。该研究结果可为注气驱注采井井距的优化提供一定的理论依据。The minimum miscible pressure is one of the important parameters in the design of the gas injection scheme.Under the gas injection miscible flooding,the oil displacement efficiency can reach 100% theoretically.The industry standard recommends that the length of the slender tube should be greater than 10 m.However,studies have shown that the length of the slender tube has effect on the minimum miscible pressure.In this study,a block in the Tarim oilfield was used as the research object,and two different hydrocarbon gas thin tube experiments and numerical simulations were carried out to study the influence of the length of the thin tube on the miscible pressure,the length of the miscible zone,and the displacement efficiency.The results showed that,as the length of the thin tube increased,the oil displacement efficiency gradually increased and the minimum miscible pressure decreased.But when the length of the thin tube was longer than 100 m,the decreasing amplitude of the minimum miscible pressure decreased.The mechanism of the influence of the length of the thin tube on the minimum miscible pressure was:the length of the miscible zone increased with the increase of the length of the thin tube.The research results can provide a certain theoretical basis for the optimization of well spacing between gas injection and production wells.
