摘 要:针对干煤粉气化工艺外排废水汽提系统生产运行中存在的结垢问题,结合生产实际,对系统水质和结垢严重部位两个典型垢样采用工业分析、XRD、FTIR、XRF等手段进行表征,针对表征结果开展实验。结果表明:净化水塔底冷却器工艺介质侧垢样主要为无机碳酸盐析晶结垢,回流泵内垢样为铝合絮凝剂絮团沉降时引发,以及裹挟无机难容成分结晶沉降,最终形成了有机絮凝物和无机结晶物混杂态水垢。In view of the scale problems existing in the production and operation of the effluent stripper system of dry pulverized coal gasification process,the two typical scale samples of the system water quality and the parts with serious scale were tested and analyzed in combination with the production practice.The scale samples were characterized by industrial analysis,XRD,FTIR,XRF,and the experiment was conducted based on the characterization results.The experimental conclusion and analysis results showed that the scale sample on the side of the medium in the process of purifying water tower bottom cooler was mainly inorganic carbonate crystal scaling,and the scale sample in the reflux pump was caused by the settlement of aluminum flocculant and the crystal settlement of the entrapped inorganic incompatible components,and the organic flocculant and inorganic crystal mixture scale was formed.
