摘  要:结合实验室细菌培养腐蚀模拟实验,采用动电位极化与电化学噪声试验技术,发现腐蚀类型为二氧化碳与硫化氢复合沉积物混合控制型,为解决天然气集输管道涂层耐腐蚀性能退化或接近失效的问题,设计并制备了用于在线修复的液体修补涂层。拉伸试验和耐腐蚀试验结果表明,改性后涂层的力学性能得到改善,提高了涂层对金属基体的耐蚀性。Combined with laboratory bacterial culture corrosion simulation experiments,using weightlessness test,potentiodynamic polarization curve,and electrochemical noise test technology,it was found that the corrosion type was a mixed control type of carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide composite deposits,in order to solve the problem of degradation or failure of the corrosion resistance of the coating of natural gas gathering and transportation pipelines,a liquid repair coating for online repair was designed and prepared.The results of tensile test and corrosion resistance test showed that the mechanical properties of the modified coating were improved.The corrosion resistance of the coating to metal matrix was improved.
