九里香化学成分及活性的研究

摘　　要：为进一步揭示九里香的药理活性,便于系统性的药物化学研究,探讨了九里香的化学成分及活性。通过正反硅胶柱法,Sephadex LH-20、液相色谱法,对药物的12个化学成分进行分析。结果表明:九里香中的药物成分对于醛糖还原酶具有较高的抑制性,抑制率均高于槲皮素的对照组;黄花瘦中药成分对于DNA拓扑异构酶IV也有不同程度的抑制作用,在与环丙沙星相同质量浓度下(1mg·mL^(-1)),产生较强的抑制效果。九里香的化学成分中的芸香糖苷、异洋丁香苷和密蒙花苷为首次提取成分,并以DNA拓扑异构酶IV为靶点进行流份和单体化合物的抑菌性筛选测试、醛糖还原酶活性抑制测试,测试结果均比较理想。In order to further reveal the pharmacological activity of the drug,and facilitate systematic medicinal chemistry research,the chemical composition and activity of Murraya exotica L.was investigated.Through the positive and negative silica gel column method,Sephadex LH-20,liquid chromatography,12 drug chemical components were analyzed.The results showed that the medicinal components of Murraya exotica L.had high inhibitory to aldose reductase,and the inhibition rate was higher than that of the control group of quercetin.The Chinese medicinal components of Huanghuashou also have different degrees of inhibition on DNA topoisomerase IV.At the same mass concentration as ciprofloxacin(1 mg·mL^(-1)),it can produce strong inhibitory effect.The rutin,isosyringin and humenin in the chemical components of Murraya exotica L.were the first extracted components,and the DNA topoisomerase IV was used as the target for the screening test of the antibacterial properties of fractions and monomer compounds.The aldose reductase activity inhibition test results were relatively ideal,and had practical drug guidance significance.
