摘  要:合成一种叔胺盐母体缓蚀剂,将母体缓蚀剂与炔醇、表面活性剂、不同的增效剂进行复配并通过正交实验优筛适于土酸介质中酸化缓蚀剂的最佳配方,采用静态失重法对其缓蚀性能进行评价。结果表明:在土酸环境中,当增效剂E-S质量分数为0.5%、2%丙炔醇、5%表面活性剂、15%的母体缓蚀剂复配后所测得的腐蚀速率为1.63 g·m^(-2)·h^(-1)。A kind of tertiary amine salt corrosion inhibitor was synthesized,and the corrosion inhibitor was compounded with acetylenic alcohol,surfactant,and different synergists,and the orthogonal experiment was used to sieve the best formulation of corrosion inhibitor system suitable for acidification in mud acid medium,its corrosion inhibition performance was evaluated by static weight loss method.The results showed that,in a soil acid environment,when the mass fraction of synergist E-S was 0.5%,propynyl alcohol was 2%,surfactant was 5%,matrix corrosion inhibitor was 15%,the measured corrosion rate was 1.63 g·m^(-2)·h^(-1).
