摘 要:在SBR反应器中研究了短程硝化反硝化技术对煤气化废水的脱氮效果,并进行对比实验。投加少量菌剂的反应器15天后即可实现短程硝化过程,出水氨氮、COD、总氮质量浓度稳定达标,而未投加的则需要38天,且出水氨氮质量浓度易波动。短程硝化反硝化过程建立后,两组实验污泥中短程硝化菌占比分别为1.4%和1.1%,反硝化菌种类及占比也较启动初期明显增多,该研究反硝化过程甲醇用量与工业装置反硝化过程运行相比降低了45%。In this experiment,the nitrogen removal from coal gasification wastewater by short-cut nitrification-denitrification process was studied in SBR reactor.Two groups of experiments with and without short-cut nitrification bacteria were set up for comparison.The short-cut nitrification process was realized after 15 days in the reactor with a small amount of short-cut nitrification bacteria added,and the mass concentrations of ammonia,COD and total nitrogen in the effluent were stable up-to-standard,while it took 38 days in the reactor without short-cut nitrification bacteria,and the concentration ammonia in the effluent was fluctuant.After the establishment of the short-cut nitrification-denitrification process,the proportion of short-cut nitrification bacteria in the sludge in the two reactors was 1.4%and 1.1%,respectively,and the species and proportion of denitrification bacteria were also significantly increased compared with the initial stage.In this study,the methanol consumption in the denitrification process was reduced by 45%compared with the denitrification process in industrial units.
