摘  要:低密度水包油泡沫钻井液具有低密度、强抑制性、润滑性好、稳壁性能好的特点,但是存在抗高温性能差缺点。分别利用电导率测定法、静止观察法、临界胶束浓度测定法、分散稳定性法对基液、起泡剂、稳泡剂、降滤失剂等处理剂进行类型、加量优选,从而配置具有低密度抗高温性能的水包油泡沫钻井液体系。结果表明:油水比=1∶1,基液白油、OP-30+ABS复合起泡剂、HV-4增黏剂、DS-2降滤失剂性能最佳,最终优选该钻井液配方:基液(油∶水=1∶1)+1.5%KW-B+2.5%复合发泡剂OP-30+ABS+0.1%HV-4+0.25%DS-2+2.0%膨润土。最后开展其流变性能、抗污染性能(抗钙、抗碱、抗原油)评价,实验表明该钻井液体系具有良好的抗高温性,当盐分质量分数<2.0%、CaCl2质量分数<2.0%、原油体积<15%,对其性能影响较小,具有良好的应用前景。Low-density oil-in-water foam drilling fluid has the characteristics of low density,strong inhibition,good lubricity and good wall stabilization performance,but it has the disadvantage of poor high temperature resistance.The conductivity measurement method,static observation method,critical micelle concentration measurement method,and dispersion stability method were used to optimize the type and amount of treatment agents including base fluid,foaming agent,foam stabilizer,and fluid loss agent to configure an oil-in-water foam drilling fluid system with low-density and high-temperature resistance.The results showed that,oil-water ratio=1∶1,base fluid white oil,OP-30+ABS composite foaming agent,HV-4 thickener,and DS-2 fluid loss reducer,have the best performance.Finally,the drilling fluid formulation was optimized:base fluid(white oil∶water = 1∶1) + 1.5% KW-B + 2.5%compound foaming agent OP-30 + ABS + 0.1% HV-4 + 0.25% DS-2 + 2.0% bentonite.The rheological performance and anti-pollution performance(anti-calcium,anti-alkali,antigen oil) were evaluated.The experiment showed that the drilling fluid system had good resistance to high temperature.When the salt mass fraction was less than 2.0%,the CaCl;mass fraction was less than 2.0%,the volume of crude oil was less than 15%,which had little impact on its performance and had good application prospects.
