摘 要:陇东低渗油藏由于长期的堵塞,产量不断递减甚至停产,给油井正常生产带来极大的挑战。调研了该油藏储层特征以及井筒堵塞物的类型,结合该油藏的结蜡和结垢特征,阐述了相应的结蜡和结垢机理,并分析了油井清防蜡、清阻垢等解堵工艺等。结果发现:陇东低渗油藏堵塞是由结蜡堵塞和结垢堵塞双重堵塞引起的,解堵工艺可选择化学法解堵,利用化学药剂溶解已经形成的混合堵塞物,并且在"降本增效"行业背景下,可尝试不动管柱将复合解堵剂注入井内,但需要考虑解堵剂中残酸对管柱的腐蚀和井筒及储层存在堵塞的情况下,解堵剂能否仅仅注入而不压裂储层这两个问题。The low permeability reservoir in Longdong area has been blocked for a long time and its production has been declining or even stopped,which brings great challenges to the normal production of oil Wells.The characteristics of the reservoir and the types of plugging objects in the wellbore are investigated.Combining with the characteristics of wax formation and scale formation in the reservoir,the mechanism of wax formation and scale formation is described,and the technology of wax and scale removal and prevention is analyzed.The findings:The blockage of low permeability reservoir in Longdong is caused by the double blockage of wax formation and scale formation.Chemical method can be used to solve the blockage,and chemical agents can be used to dissolve the mixed blockage.In the industry background of "cost reduction and efficiency increase",the compound plugging agent can be injected into the well without moving the pipe string.However,it is necessary to consider the corrosion of the residual acid in the plugging agent to the string and whether the plugging agent can only be injected without fracturing the reservoir under the condition of the blockage of wellbore and reservoir.
