摘　　要：溶剂脱蜡是生产润滑油和高附加值石蜡的常用工艺,目前广泛使用的溶剂为甲乙酮-甲苯溶剂,亦称酮苯脱蜡。在酮苯脱蜡工艺的过滤系统中加入助滤剂,不仅可以提高脱蜡油收率,而且可以生产高品质的石蜡。概述了溶剂脱蜡原理以及影响酮苯脱蜡工艺过程的因素,综述了脱蜡助滤剂的种类及作用原理,并对未来助滤剂的发展进行展望。Solvent dewaxing is a common process for the production of lubricating oil and high value-added paraffin wax.The currently widely used solvent is methyl ethyl ketone-toluene solvent,also known as ketone benzene dewaxing.Adding filter aids to the filtration system of the ketone-benzene dewaxing process can not only increase the yield of dewaxing oil,but also produce high-quality paraffin wax.In this paper,the principle of solvent dewaxing and the factors affecting the process of ketone-benzene dewaxing were summarized,the types and principle of action of dewaxing filter aids were introduced,and the development of filter aids in the future was prospected.
