摘 要:海水冷却塔是海水循环冷却技术的关键设备,海水低比热、低饱和蒸气压等特性使其热力性能较淡水塔有所下降。为探索海水塔热力性能与淡水塔差距,获得其热力修正系数,自主研发搭建海水冷却塔专用性能测试综合评价平台。试验测试截面积2.0 m×2.0 m,循环水量达国内现存试验塔的10倍左右,有效解决边际效应及放大效应。取用渤海湾天津北疆电厂原海水,解决以往试验研究中多采用人工配制海水,元素离子单一等对热力性能的影响。测试淋水密度8~18 t·m^(-2)·h^(-1)及风速1.0~3.0 m·s^(-1)的工况下,2.0倍浓缩海水的海水冷却塔热力性能,与同工况下淡水水质对比研究。研究表明:通过控制浓缩倍率2.0的工况下,回归拟合得出海水塔的冷却数及容积散质系数的经验公式,热力性能较淡水塔下降13%左右,热力特性修正系数为0.87,同比循环水量增加3%左右,并给出不同工况下选用海水塔循环水量增大值。Seawater cooling tower is the key equipment of seawater circulating cooling technology.Due to the characteristics of low specific heat and low saturated vapor pressure of seawater,the thermal performance of seawater cooling tower is lower than that of freshwater cooling tower.In order to solve the problem of artificial seawater preparation,single element ion,fresh water tower test method,small-scale test platform and limited research on thermal performance,the largest comprehensive evaluation platform for performance test of seawater cooling tower in China has been built,with test cross-sectional area of 2.0 m×2.0 m.The thermal performance of the seawater cooling tower was tested under the condition of 8~18 t·m^(-2)·h^(-1)water density and 1.0~3.0 m·s^(-1)wind speed.The results showed that,under the condition of controlling the concentration ratio of 2.0,the empirical formula of cooling number and volume bulk coefficient of the seawater cooling tower was obtained by regression fitting.The thermal performance of the seawater cooling tower was about 13% lower than that of the fresh water tower,the correction coefficient of the thermal characteristics was 0.87,and the circulating water volume was about 3% higher than that of the fresh water tower.
