摘 要:借助计算流体力学的方法,对某大型选择性催化还原(SCR)反应器前竖直烟段内的流场进行数值模拟,研究了SV型静态混合元件组件数目的变化对竖直烟道内速度场、浓度场以及压降的影响,根据数值模拟结果分析了SV型静态混合元件组件数目对竖直烟道混合效果影响的作用规律。结果表明:竖直烟道内的混合效果随着组件数目的增多逐渐得到改善,速度和浓度的相对标准偏差系数均能降低到11%左右,但是当组件数目由10片增加到30片后,系统压降增幅达55.45%。由此可见,适当增加组件数目能比较经济地提高竖直烟道内的混合效果。Using the computational fluid dynamics method,the influence of the number of SV type static mixing components on the velocity field,concentration field and pressure drop in the vertical flue was studied by numerical simulation of the flow field in the vertical flue in front of a large selective catalytic reduction(SCR) reactor.The results showed that the mixing effect in the vertical flue was improved gradually with the increase of the number of components,and the relative standard deviation coefficients of velocity and concentration were reduced to about 11%.However,when the number of components increased from 10 to 30,the pressure drop increased by 55.45%.Therefore,it was economical to increase the mixing effect in vertical flue by increasing the number of components properly.
