杜力顿芯组使用材质对10kV避雷器性能影响分析

摘　　要：10 kV避雷器是低压配电网常用防雷产品,用量很大。由于低压产品技术较成熟,市场竞争力大,常用无碱玻璃纤维带浸胶后缠绕避雷器核心部件芯组,这种工艺较复杂、费时,成本较高,同时使用环氧树脂系浸胶剂,对环境也有一定的污染,因此,需要寻找一种简单实用的工艺及环保材质取代缠绕工艺。现在大多数厂家芯组改用杜力顿,而杜力顿芯组外部使用的材质制成的芯组对10 kV避雷器性能影响较大,我们根据使用不同材质PBT及尼龙PA66的性能特性,通过大量的试验,明确了不同材质对芯组性能的影响程度,尼龙PA66没有玻纤强化,容易吸水,由此制得芯组机械性能较低、容易吸潮导致电性能降低,PBT材质具有玻璃纤维强化、高阻燃性、吸水率低及介电强度高的特性,由此生产的芯组机械性能较高且具有优异的电性能,从而确定了最优材质PBT作为10 kV避雷器杜力顿芯组用材料。10 kV lightning surge arrester is a common lightning protection product in low-voltage distribution network, which has a large amount of consumption. Due to the mature technology of low-voltage products and great market competition, the common method is to wrap the core components of lightning arrester with alkali-free glass fiber tape, but this process is complex, time-consuming and costly. meanwhile, the use of epoxy resin impregnating agent also pollutes the environment to some extent. Therefore, it is necessary to find a simple and practical process and environmental protection materials to replace the winding process. Most manufacturers′ core sets are changed to Duliton, and the core sets made of materials used outside Duliton core sets have great influence on the performance of 10 kV arrester. According to the performance characteristics of PBT and nylon PA66 made of different materials, through a large number of tests, the influence degree of different materials on the performance of core sets has been made clear. Nylon PA66 has no glass fiber reinforcement, which is easy to absorb water. Therefore, the prepared core sets have low mechanical properties and are easy to absorb moisture, resulting in lower electrical performance. PBT material has the characteristics of glass fiber reinforcement, high flame retardancy, low water absorption and high dielectric strength, and the core group produced by this material has high mechanical properties and excellent electrical properties, so the optimal material PBT is determined as the material for the core group of 10 kV lightning arrester Dudton.
